    dreaming of the
 pop of a water tap
  of a water pump
  with a start
  with a sexy shampoo
 cap

 woke up
  in a fright
  was reminded of
  tHE pRIMORDIAL nIGHT
which i was yet to
 write

   don't try to look
at things
 in the dark
   they only look worse
  instead
   close your eyes
   hug a sheep hug a
 horse (2

 the next day
 the sun shone
  i wanted to sing
 to fall asleep in the sun
 to forget a pencil
   behind my ear
  to say to paul
  25:45
  2:42 with a straight
face

  but i can't
 so i guess
   since i did not
   die young yet
  i ain't such a great
  poet

  laid the news
       sat back
