beauty is painful and proud
and painfully beautiful
   or it is not beauty but
  a sense of the self

nonchalance is a sense of the self
but nonchalance is trained
   elicited
  beauty is effortless

god what i wouldn't do for those
    eyes for those cheeks
  but goddammit look what
     i can do otherwise
